Victoriia Slavinska is an artist and illustrator from Ukraine, currently based in Kyiv (Brovary).
Born in Brovary in 1979, she studied at Kyiv University of Technology and Design and began painting in 2009. Since then, she has dedicated herself fully to art, creating over 350 original works and developing a distinctive voice in painting and illustration.
Her work often focuses on urban landscapes—especially Istanbul, a city that deeply influenced her during her temporary refuge there in 2022. Returning to Ukraine in 2023, she continues to create in the midst of wartime conditions, channeling light, hope, and emotional depth through her art.
Working mainly with oil and mixed media, Victoriia uses color, texture, and symbolism to build narrative and emotional layers into each piece. Her goal is to create art that brings inner brightness and silent strength, even in dark times.
She is also the author of two psychological metaphor decks and several painting series, including Mandala 13, Lady and Cat, and City Walk. Her works are held in private collections in Europe, Australia, and the United States.
