In one Italian film I saw an interesting house in the countryside among fields and long lines of trees. There was a very old villa made of stones but with some renovations. I decided to paint it, but to place in an imaginary surrounding – beautiful and peaceful, with mountains and a lot of flowers. Idyllic landscape filled with serenity and tranquility, showing that simple life can be very charming and pleasant.
Purple, violet and yellow colors are complementary or opposite in the color circle, and thus they reinforce each other, make the foreground more vivid and attract attention of the audience. And at the same time it gives the feeling of a nice and peaceful summer day.
