1.       Shipping Policy
Processing time:
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping method:
Items are shipped via international registered mail with tracking. Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
Delivery time:
Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and postal service. Delays may occur due to customs or postal disruptions.
Packaging:
All artwork is carefully packed in protective materials to ensure safe arrival.
Customs and import duties:
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

2.       Return Policy
Returns accepted:
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
Refunds:
Full refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me within 3 days with photos, and I will resolve the issue promptly.

3.       Warranty Policy
Artworks:
All paintings are original, hand-painted works by Marina. No factory reproductions.
Warranty:
I guarantee the authenticity and originality of every painting sold. If you receive an item that is not as described or not original, you are entitled to a full refund.
Exclusions:
Natural aging of materials, color changes due to display conditions, or damage caused by improper handling are not covered under warranty.

4.       Data Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to ArtShopByMarina.
We only receive the personal information necessary to fulfill your order (such as your name, shipping address, and contact details), provided securely by eBay.

Your information is used exclusively to process and deliver your purchase, and to communicate with you about your order.

Payment:
Payment is required immediately at checkout, as all items are listed with “Buy It Now.”

Order cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you are interested in a custom painting or a special request, please contact me. I am happy to discuss your ideas and create a unique artwork just for you.

Gift wrapping and packaging:
Gift wrapping is available upon request. Please let me know if your order is a gift.
